A pneumatic pump is a type of pump that uses compressed air as its power source and transports fluids through pipelines via the reciprocating motion of a diaphragm. It features corrosion resistance, the ability to transport viscous fluids through pipes, safe operation, simple structure, and ease of maintenance. Working Principle
Power Source: Compressed air drives the diaphragm to reciprocate.
Suction Process: When the diaphragm moves upward, a vacuum is created in the pump chamber, drawing in liquid; simultaneously, the check valve at the bottom opens, and the discharge valve closes.
Discharge Process: When the diaphragm moves downward, the pressure in the pump chamber increases, discharging liquid; simultaneously, the suction valve closes, and the discharge valve opens.

Our company produces eleven specifications of diaphragm pumps. The inlet and outlet sizes are 3/8" (10mm), 1/2" (15mm), 3/4" (20mm), 1" (25mm), 1-1/4" (32mm), 1-1/2" (40mm), 2" (50mm), 2-1/2" (65mm), 3-1/4" (80mm), 4" (100mm), and 5" (125mm). The fluid components are made of aluminum alloy, cast steel, ductile iron, PP polypropylene plastic, stainless steel, and fluoroplastic. The diaphragms are made of different materials, including nitrile, polyether, triplex, Teflon, and super Teflon, to meet the needs of different liquid media.
The most significant difference between our pneumatic diaphragm pumps and other diaphragm pumps lies in the air distribution valve structure. Our pneumatic diaphragm pumps eliminate the traditional "O" ring and cylindrical valve structure. Utilizing a three-phase pilot-operated design, it eliminates valve dead spots and pump stoppage. This provides accurate and reliable reversing signals to avoid stoppage and enables faster reversing, resulting in greater pump flow, improved delivery performance, smaller pulses, and more stable flow.
Pneumatic diaphragm pumps can pump both flowing liquids and some non-flowing media, possessing many advantages of self-priming pumps, submersible pumps, canned motor pumps, and impurity pumps.
1. No priming required; maximum suction lift up to 7m, maximum discharge head up to 70m, outlet pressure ≤ 0.84Mpa;
2.Wide flow path, excellent throughput, allowing passage of particles up to 9.4mm in diameter; minimal wear on the pump when pumping slurry and impurities.
3. Head and flow rate can be adjusted via air source pressure (between 0.1 and 0.8 MPa);
4. Operating environment range: 5-65℃, conveying medium range: -20℃ to 150℃;
5. This pump has no rotating parts and no shaft seal. The diaphragm completely isolates the pumped medium from the pump's moving parts and the working medium, preventing leakage. Therefore, it will not cause environmental pollution or endanger personal safety when pumping toxic, volatile, or corrosive media;
6. No electricity is required, making it safe and reliable for use in flammable and explosive environments.
